Wareerak Spa is located in a quiet corner of the countryside, an hour and a half by minibus from Ao Nang
near a thermal spring, where professional and certified masseuses will take care of you in a differently
relaxing environment. Our proposal: the full day Kinnaree Rueng Ra, includes
a half-day hydrotherapy, alternating with short intervals of shoulder and neck
massage with herbal ball and basic Thai yoga exercises. At the end of the
treatment a healthy snack will be served. Hydrotherapy: The science of
hydrotherapy was born in the West and consists of methods tested for
immersing oneself in water at different temperatures to derive healthy benefits.
Wareerak Spa integrates the principle of hydrotherapy with Thai spa culture to
offer a unique spa experience. Switching between
hot and cold pools is a healthy exercise that promotes the nervous system,
blood circulation, and respiratory system. This revitalizing process strengthens
the immune system and relieves pain and stress. Each Wareerak Spa pool
contains 3 temperature gradations: hot, warm and cool. Ecological Spa:
Wareerak Spa aims to respect the local culture and to preserve the beauty of
the natural environment by using local ecological materials. You will not find any
air conditioner or water heater, only the cooling power of the 4 elements: fire,
water, air and earth. All products used for the treatments, including food and drinks, are 100% organic and
made from natural ingredients grown in the orchards and botanical gardens of the Spa.
