19:00 Welcome drink and information meeting on the cruise, presentation of the crew. Welcome dinner.

1° Day: Hồ Chí Minh – My Tho

Departure of the Toum Tiou in the early morning.
07:00 Breakfast while sailing on the wonderful Cho Gao canal.

10:00 Arrival at My Tho where the Toum Tiou will drop anchor on the river near
the island of Thoi Son.

On the banks of a northern arm of the Mekong, My Tho, which translates as
"fragrant grass", where tourists come to discover the beauty of the delta. It is a
peaceful and prosperous city of about 100,000 inhabitants, famous for its many
orchards, gardens and the huge rice fields that surround it. The climate is warm and pleasant all year round.
The surrounding countryside is home to one of the most lush gardens in Vietnam, with coconut palms,
banana trees and mango trees. Local boats are joining Toum Tiou to pick up passengers and move to the
mainland.

Local boats line up alongside the Toum Tiou to take passengers to the
mainland for a short panoramic tour of My Tho town and visit the Vinh Trang
Pagoda, stopping for a visit to the My Tho Market. Return to the dock -
Passengers sailing on the river to Dragon Island by local boat to visit the island,
explore the daily life of the local people and enjoy local seasonal fruit

12:00 Passengers board Toum Tiou again and leave My Tho for Cai Be. Lunch
and free time on board.

15:30 Toum Tiou anchors at Cai Be. Local boats approach Toum Tiou, pick up
passengers and cruise around the Cai Be Floating Market. Visit the artisan village
where the workers make rice paper, rice wine, popped rice etc. In a traditional way.
Continuing to Vinh Long - a brick and pottery factory, Binh Hoa Phuoc fruit tree
nursery and a typical house and showroom of traditional agricultural tools.
